Our Founder
Mandy Idol is the founder of Indigo Collective Group and serves as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to the businesses the firm works with.
She built ICG to give companies access to experienced marketing leadership without requiring a full-time hire. Her role is to set direction early, align marketing around the right audience and buyer, and ensure there is a clear plan before work begins.
Mandy leads strategy and oversight across client engagements, while the ICG team handles day-to-day execution. This structure allows clients to benefit from senior-level guidance while knowing the work is being carried out by a dedicated team.
Mandy’s work and leadership have been recognized within the marketing industry, including being named among the Top Fearless 50 Marketing Leaders and the Top 70 Digital Women to Watch. She has also been nominated for awards such as the ISG Women in Digital Rock Star Leader Award, Digital Woman of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and Agency Owner of the Year.
Her experience spans brand launches, growth initiatives, and marketing leadership across a wide range of industries, with a focus on helping teams get organized and confidently hand marketing over.
